Strut Tower Bar Installation Affecting Aligment?
I am thinking about installing strut tower bar to my 05. Please share if the instalation will affect the front-end alignment since we unbolt the the nuts on top of the struts to mount the bar.
Thanks,
Tim

No, it should affect it at all. It should ACTUALLY "better" the driving experience. More technical: you are touching/unscrewing anything that would change the alignment.

Since the struts are bolted at the top, unbolting the nuts to attach the tower bar is what causing me concern. I know that the weight of the car would be resting on the front struts after the nuts are removed and reinstalled, but I am uncertain if the "proper" alignment is maintained.

I wouldnt worry about it at all... macpherson strut that are installed on our cars will change a little with the install of the front strut bar but will not AFFECT it to the point you will need an alignment.
