starter kill question
which color coded wires should i be looking at to remove the starter killer? took all the stuff out with my aftermarket alarm but car won't start and it's coming down to the starter kill which i can't figure out since i reconnected all the wires with their matching colors.

The starter kill requires a complete cut, it's not going to work otherwise. I used the black/white wire in the driver's kickpanel. It chils in a blue bracket plug close to the firewall. It's the only very thick wire in the plug. That relay used both ends of this cable, a constant positive wire and a 'ground when armed from the alarm brain'. You need to reconnect the starter cable.

Does the OEM alarm have a starter kill as i found out that not only does my car have the oem alarm but also the aftermarket ( which i took out). I left the oem alarm intact cause it was neatly and nicely put in place with all the oem plugs and such.

I didn't have an OEM alarm. It easy to try, get inside, arm it and try to start the car. The alarm will go off and the car won't start
