Speeding Ticket
Long story short, the bike cop said I was going 56 in a 45. He wrote the ticket for only 50 in a 45 and told me that there are signs posted on the street showing what the speed limit is. When I drove back down the street there were no signs, from where the street begins to where I got pulled over stating the speed limit.
Should I fight the ticket if I have proof that there are no signs posting the speed limit or?

You could try to fight it but sometimes they say you cant go to traffic school if you fight it . Is traffic school an option? If so I say go to school and forget about it
Good Luck if you decide to fight it

Fight it ; draw a diagram, print out a picture from google maps, and take photos of where he pulled you over and one can see if there are posted speed limit signs or not.
Best of luck

Trial by written declaration first!!! if you lose that one you can still appear in court to either fight it again in person or take traffic school... but if you decide to fight it in person then you forfeit your right to go to traffic school. good luck!
