Motor cops are assigned to do traffic enforcement. They do aid in other officers if needed.....otherwise the vehicle patrol are the ones doing calls for service and or traffic enforcement too.
Theres also a chp or tustin/irvine motors on the jamboree rd by the tustin marketplace using lidar to get people. The speed limit there is 60, luckily I was cruising at 60 and no more.
