spark plugs recall? is it happening to my car?

whenever i hit my rpm slightly from 4000 and i let it fall back down, it don't idle to 1000 rpm. it goes straight to zero and the worst thing is my engine shakes like it's about to die but then right after it will come up to idle stage at 1000 rpm. what's going on with my car. pls help me.

I'll get one of the site mods to move it for you.
As for your problem, this has been reported a lot. It has to do with a combination of the MAP sensor and/or the idle air control solenoid/valve. Try the "MAP whack". Your MAP sensor is locate on top of your throttle body. Undo the wiring harness, take the rubber end of a screwdriver and firmly tap the top of the sensor several times, put the harness back and see if this helps. If it doesn't then you need to look at the IAC as mentioned above. Also, it won't hurt to reset the ECU. Look at the fuse legend in the driver's footwell. Find the "BACK UP" fuse and take it out for about a minute and put it back in (ignition OFF).
