Southwest S2000s in the Sun 2006
Arizona's big event has a date, March 3 to 5, 2006. This is a cooler time of the year then the end of April and doesn't conflict with any other major events.
This year's main event will start off on Friday evening with a pre-drive party, then move on to a Saturday drive and event at the dealership, a Saturday post-drive dinner/event and a Sunday brunch again.
The dealership will provide a barbecue lunch again, we will have a DJ and event t-shirts will be made, a raffle will be held and vendors will be there again!
A sign up will be available soon on S2000arizona.com for the event.
This year there will be a minimal charge of $25 per person to cover the t-shirts, lanyards, badges, maps, etc that the dealership and three core members paid for last year. This keeps the event reasonable for us all and also ensures those who sign up show up! We had a lot of t-shirts and maps left over and that was a big expense. Any funds remaining will go towards raffle prizes.
Beyond the raffle, there will be a prizes for such things as:
longest journey to the event - home to event (meaning out-of-state will get this one)
Youngest participant
Most knowledgable owner and more...
When you sign up there will be a link to Paypal payment. All payments are final, there will be NO REFUNDS. If you sign up, pay and can't make it you will still get your t-shirt - you paid for it...
Sign ups will close on February 1st, 2006 and all payments must be made by that day. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS to the cutoff.

We had over 125 people show up last year!!
Hope to see everyone there! I know Ronblanford has said he will be the first out-of-state owner to sign up!!
