I was driving back from UCLA at 230am and it was nice clear no traffic. Saw a car coming through then swiped my whole passenger side fender, door, mirror quarter panel and rear bumper and i just got this car 2 weeks ago. And this girl said shes was sorry and she was tired during the time of accident. Im just sad for the fact that the car in my mind will never be the same to me...

Anyone had this before?
I know what you mean. Has happened to me in the past in varying degrees but that point is after it happened my cars were never the same, ever. Hopefully nothing to the frame or anything and that the damage is largely cosmetic. Best of luck to you!

230AM and you didnt get a police report? Chances are high that she was drunk. Should have called police. Its ALWAYS a good idea to call police when there is an accident that is not your fault to help your case.

Anyways, seems like she admitted fault. Hope everything goes smooth... Always sucks to be in an accident... From the sounds of it, might be totalled out. It is actually VERY expensive to fix and realign the edge of a door to the quarter panel as well as repairing a quarter panel along with everything else...
