Check the events page at www.solo2.com. We have a practice scheduled at California Speedway for Sept 22 and a "championship" event the next day.

The practice will be taking entries soon and should fill up fast. We're only allowing 60 cars in addition to CASOC club members (probably 20 of us CASOC'ers will show). Practice entry cost is high ($60) but you'll get many runs and the surface is tire-friendly.

The main event on Sunday is wide open. We don't have the run order yet but keep checking that events page until it is listed. Anyone whose car is basically stock, or if you're a novice and unlikely to win with that bad-ass S/C, can run A-stock (any tires) or SK1 (street tire).

We have to get more S2K's out there. If you're curious about Auto-X there's no reason not to play in the Sunday event. A bone-stock car will work just fine. "Championship" just means our Points Card holders are keeping track of season points.

The San Diego region has an event scheduled for this coming Saturday (the 8th) at Qualcomm Stadium. AS is scheduled to run last, but registration closes at noon.
