, I usually take those twisties around 40-45mph

When I run into snails in the canyon I slow down and hang farther and farther back until they stop focusing on me and then they speed up. It's weird. It's like some of them drive slow or slow down just to play games or be in control of something in their lives.
I've found myself slowing down when entering a turn to 10mph and they seem to freak that they had failed at slowing me down (I did it myself) and then they speed up. I never do it if someone is behind me.
