Yea, MrITR is right. The EP is long gone but my license plate was MUGEN EP and I still own the plate so I would be surprised if someone else had it on their car.

Saw a White AP2 parked outside of 24hr fitness in FV yesterday around 8pm
Saw a Laguna Blue "had black rims w/ polished lip" going west on brookhurst and westminster I was heading north around 9pm . was going to flash a V but too dark.
