I've tried resetting before.. the CEL will only go away for 10 miles at most. It comes back right away. The only option I have is to fix the car (very short on $ at the moment), or to find a smog station that will run a dummy car for extra cash.. So far, no one is able to help me find a shop... Look's like I'm pretty screwed.

Have you tried switching out the coilpack and/or plug from cyl 3 to another one and see if the problem moves or stays? Thats the cheapest and easiest thing to do...

Tried changing out the coil packs.. didn't work.. most likely the problem is more serious than that. and more serious problem = $$$ ..
