I heard a lot of good things about the westin bonaventure hotel restraunt. How are the prices there? Do you need reservations? Is it fine dining?
Mrkim, you should take your girl there!

i only got there after the kitchen was closed. i cant comment on the food. the bit of "service" i got ordering a coffee and cheesecake wasnt the best, but the view is great. it moves slowly enough that you cant really feel the movement, but its definately moving and a bit disorienting when you decide to leave as you dont go back the way you came in. its very nice in general. the elevator is a glass elevator too, so you can look all around as you go up. like i said, its an impressive nighttime place to take a date.

Holy thread jack..
Thanks for the replies guys.
However, I'm looking for something that strays from the Korean aspect of it. Not much of a "take a date to korean restaurants" type of person. That's more for just eating.
Anything to do near the water? On the water? That's not too expensive?
How about some cornier suggestions.

buy some kimbap from the market and then arrange them on a plate.
place some dahkwang around the edges of the plate.
wrap plate with seran wrap.
place plate in a giant food/thermo type of bag.
place a couple of bottles of soju in bag.
dont forget the shot glasses.
pick up date and head to the beach.
spread gigantor blanket out.
pull out food and tell her you made everything from scratch.
get drunk.
have wild sex on the beach.
come back and post a thread about how successful my idea was.
