Default Shift knob - Razo RA25 340g.

Hey guys, I just picked up a Razo RA25 black shift knob that weighs I think 1+ lbs ? ? I remember hearing something about the shifting is more easier with the heavy shift knobs??? I dunno, but in my experience, I notice that the shifting isn't crisp anymore, and feels very loose - maybe due to the weight? What do you guys think? Like it or no? Also, what shift knob do you have and do you like it?

Where did you get it? Is there a place where I can go and check out different types of shift knobs for our car? I don't want to order some random thing off the internet without seeing it in person. Thanks!

I recommended the Leopard A6 or the Abrams M1. These are heavy countersunk knobs weighing at 485g!

For me, shifting is very smooth and also very comfortable.

I bought a cheap($39)knob off ebay, It's a shiny chrome like surface with titanium burnt top. It's really, really light weight. It sits much lower than the oem knob, which I like.

sunilseru, I actually purchsed it at Honda for a discounted price... you can get one on ebay for cheap too.

hyperdimensions - wow 485g!!! good lord, i bet that slowwwwwwws the car down huh?? I thought mine was heavy, haha

d-style - yea i'm a fan of black chrome stuff, always have been... also my shift boot is silver (it came like that) so I had to get something dark.

Does a black knob get hot as hell during the summer?

actually yea my knob gets HOT... and when its cold, it gets damn cold... But in the end its worth that lil bit of torture , but I think it may be the material rather than the color.
