someone is thinking about purchasing my car outside of california. he/she will be flying here to make a deal, how or what is the process of selling a vehicle to someone who is out of the california? any different forms?

Should be the same, Make sure they are legit and the funds are legit.

make copies of all paperwork including driver's license and such just to be safe.

thanks guys. we use same pink slip as release of title and also sign the release of liability form? any one know if we have to put anything else?
