im curious as to how the safety of those cars are. they eliminated the b-pillar... a crucical part of the cars structural rigidity.

or it's stuck in the 'down' position. I can see it now, driving along on the fwy with no doors. I'm sure they'll build in a manual safety. Tthe simplicity of the current door will mean it'll stick around, as it has, for a long time. I still think this design is pretty slick though!
