I am for it, mainly from the viewpoint of things like insurance coverage, life ins benefits, etc.

It is discrimination to deny a partner these things solely based on sexual orientation.

Same sex marriage would legitimize the union and prevent this discrimination.

What I love the best is the fact gays want the government out of their bedrooms in which I agree with. However, don't use the bedroom to advance a cause.

screw church and all that but imagine having to explain to men kissing or holding hands to your sons or daughters.... thats the difficult part to live with....

Since when did it become the job of government to enact laws of morality? Commiting yourself to another person for the rest of your life is a basic human right. Taking away people's rights means taking away their freedom... and you know who takes away freedom? TERRORISTs. I'm not a terrorist. Let them have their freedom.

Times change, and there are worse things to explain in life. If they don't see it in person, they'll see it on TV. All the dating shows have homosexuals, and lesbians. Sitcoms and movies all play on that already.

I'm all for gay marriage I think it is great that our supreme court overturned the ban. I love seeing lesbians on campus too but in all seriousness, I don't theres anything wrong with two people regardless of orientation to be married.
