Why do you have to wear bowling shoes? Why can't I just wear chucks?
I was a high-average junior bowler- bowled lots of major tournaments back when I was 19 and 20.
I somehow managed to show up to a 15-game tournament without my bowling shoes (left them in another bag). I don't slide much, so I decided to bowl in chucks instead of house shoes that slide two miles.
By the end of the 15th game, I could barely walk. The next day I had to call off work because I couldn't bend my knees and hardly stand up.
Moral of the story: you will shred your knees with rubber toe shoes bowling.
