I ordered an intake two weeks ago and got an e-mail right after ordering it that it couldent be sent fedex 2 day and was only drop shipped from canada and it was 5-10 day shipping. I e-mailed him back and said that was fine to ship it and go ahead with the order. Its been 12 days and havent recieved my package yet. Ive tried e-mailing the marketplace both throught there website and the e-mail i recieved after ordering and havent goten any responses. Ive been trying to e-mail rylan@gofastlab.com, just to make sure thyis is the correct e-mail adress. I know there service is suposed to be good but i havent been able to get in contact to make sure my package has actually been sent.

Sorry I've been out all week moving into my new house. I'll follow up w/ PRM on monday.

Sometimes he doesn't ship out right away as much as I ask him to.

Well its friday now and once again you guys have not responded to any of my e-mails, or contacted me as you said you would. I havce talked to several other members of the board that are having similar problems with other products. I feel i have given you a reasonable amount of time to sort this out and contact me. If i dont hear from you within the next couple days i will be inclined to cancel my order and report my experience to the rest of the board.
