We are a privately held company in the automotive industry that is rapidly growing, and looking for someone who is professional, enthusiastic, independent, and has the desire to succeed. Candidates must be able to maintain high levels of accuracy with regards to data entry, multi-task, and work comfortably in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Day to Day:
• Heavy Data Entry (Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders)
• Greet guests with friendly & courteous demeanor
• Answer & transfer phone calls
• Order office supplies
• Send & receive mail/email
• Filing
• Light accounting (AR/AP)
• Special projects
• Business travel arrangements
• Support all the company's departmental needs

What you need to have:
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
• Data Entry experience
• Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Browsers)
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
• Multi-tasking
• High attention to detail (Data Entry)
• Minimum Typing Speed of 50 WPM + 10 Key
• Extremely organized
• Team Player
• Independent (Self-starter)
• Strong work ethic
• Customer Service experience
• Positive, upbeat attitude
