It is an idea to clean electric circuits inside the car. There are so many electric equipments in a car now days. Lights, horn, radio, windows, wipers, all are electric circuits getting electricity from a battery. It leaves unwanted electricity in the circuits and in electric parts. Ritz POWER SHIFT puts a circuit to clean the unwanted as much as it can out of your car and sends refined electricity to the engine.

Apparently not.
According to the FAQ:
Q: How long can you use it?
A: It works for three years.
Q: What happens after that?
A: It may work after that if use it with care.(It should work unless it breaks physically.)
Q: Using two or more would increase the effect?
A: No, it does not mean much. One is enough.
Q: What is electric consumption?
A: 20mW for MS-00112, 24mW for MS-00124. There is 0.5A fuse in it to make sure the safety.
