Thank you everyone for the suggestions! I settled on "The Cannery" in Newport. I'll definitely have to try these other places that you guys/gals have suggested.

I have a few friends that had mixed experiences at the Cannery. I hope yours is one of the better ones. Have a great time and enjoy the view!

This place is good, my GF worked there for 6 months... Pricey but very very good. I am good friends with the owner as well Often times I'm invited to eat after hours for free so they don't have to throw away the fresh cuts
