Default removing HID bulbs from headlite

since the search button is not workin do you have to remove the headlights to remove bulbs? i have never done it or looked at it yet but thinkin bout changing to differnt HID bulbs

Let me know how the change works ... been thinking about that also to a higher K. Not sure how many K the S is .... but I heard that it aint really worth it. More K = less visibility ..... thats what I heard. Let me know how this goes. Gud Luk!!!!

Also, I dont think you have to remove the Headlight ... unless you have huge paws!

You need a 4mm Torx bit with the hole in the middle, I forget the technical name for it. This is to remove the cover. After that, twist, and it should come out. The igniter and bulb is right under it.

Removing the headlight helps. The brackets, wires, and hoses will piss you off if you dont.

Dude, is it worth swapping out the HID bulbs to a higher one?? How many K are the bulbs in the AP2?

It's called a Tamper Resistant Torx Bit

yea i saw this STI the other day at skool wit purple HIDs....man it looked nice....thanks for the info....i think our s2ks r at like 4300k...which is just like daylight

hahha ok i gotta decide wat K temp bulbs i'm gonna get....only if the search button works...does n e one kno when its ever gonna come back...i know other owners have done this before



also where do u get a Tamper Resistant Torx Bit...and do u really really need it?

take it to honda if ur friends work there they'll adjust the ballast too that wut i did =)

make a dyi if your not going to take it to honda friends. i kinda got the idea but i need real pictures to see how it gets changed.
