I've asked this question before. Everyone pointed to West End Alignment in Gardena. They do exceptional work.

Bump for West End in Gardena, I had my alignment done there yesterday and I came all the way from San Diego, they're worth the commute. Very competent, very thorough and friendly. They'll take care of you.
