Default Real estate pricing website

Okay, there have been a few posts about buying homes and doing comps and so forth. Here's a new website I just heard about this morning that hopefully will help. It doesn't seem to give the actual comps but draws from comps (in public records) and plugs this info into their formula to calculate what a given home is worth.

Can't vouch for it but seems like another tool you can use to get an idea of value.

www.zillow.com

**I am no way related to his company and have no vested interest in it.**

On CNBC, I believe they said there was a 7.6% margin of error with the website. Just looked up our house that we bought in September and it rose $40K.

Cool site for rough ballpark figures though!
