i just saw this. he got arrested a couple blocks from my house, haha!
i almost came home at lunch do a couple things; i always leave about 1. i would have been basically right behind him for all this: it happened about 1:13pm.
what the hell was he thinking? and who runs from the cops down into newport? It's a BLOODY PENINSULA!
