Another question, you say all a man needs is faith to become a Christian (and I'm assuming thus go to heavan ??) , what if one were to find himself in this so called hell, then decided to believe in JC, would he be transferred to Heavean then?

Don't take offense by these questions, just some random musings...
If man is "inherently" bad, then why punish man by sending him to Hell when he has no choice in the matter?

Awesome quote! Again, a scientist human who doubts......there's a pattern here..
I am more of an agnostic, to be honest. No one has proved to me that there is NO God either......

I gotta say this is a great thread. I've wasted 2 hours of my day reading through it but have learned quite a bit. And at the same time, my views on religion in general have been re-renforced.
Bottom line y'all, just treat each other like you would like to be treated and go from there
In that token, makes me kinda sad when I hear a family member of mine say my 1 year old nephew will go to hell just becuase his parents are atheist (even though his parents are probablly one of the nicest, most generous folks I've ever met)

Man does not have a choice in the matter of being born a sinful being (thanks EVE ). However, while on earth, Man DOES have a choice on whether or not to have a relationship with God.
