Default Question for all you Bilingual people

Here's the story. I grew up in Southern California and spoke Vietnamese at home with my family and English with friends, teachers,etc.. At the current moment, I would say my English is good and could improve in areas like word recall, but not pronunciation. My Vietnamese is intermediate. Lately, ive been noticing that im starting to stutter alot when speaking both languages. Anyone else have this problem with 2 languages (any language)? im in my late 20's, so im not at the Alzheimer's point. i want to note that im starting to use both languages more often and i talk more during the day (english mostly) any insight?

Read a lot and read aloud. It'll help as it will increase your vocabulary and expand your grammatical abilities.

I'm 27 and have that problem Spanish/English and my brother in-law is 23 and has the same problem Korean/English.

It's annoying to say the least.
