Thumbs up Question about selling my car....

Well, I think that I may have my car sold by this weekend (may).

The problem is, I owe a bit to the lien holder.

So, in a case like this, when the potential buyer has CASH.. What do I do? Can I just make a contract with him on Saturday?

What i did last time was this (When I sold my accord I owed money on)

I signed the registration over to the new buyer, then I received the full cash from him.

I then created a small contract that stated that I will pay off the remaining balance on the car, and will sign over the pink slip to him once the lien holder has released it (Which should be in 5-10 business days)

What do you guys think?

Oh yes I'm gonna miss you guys if I t really does sell It really hasn't hit me that I am selling my baby till last night. I cried myself to sleep yesterday
