It depends on money factor and residual. I have a hook up at lexus if you want it.

Real Estate Agent = LS460
If it were my only car or even my 2nd car = Maybe Audi A8.

Although I really like Lexus, they are not the car for me. I personally enjoy riding in one more than driving one. I would recommend one first probably for my parents though.

Yeah, Lexus is the Japanese version of a Lincoln Towncar, a much better version I should say. It does most things well until you want to have some real fun.

it may be a westcoast only lease (money factor and residual) but the price is dealer to dealer for the cap cost. and not advertised, I am not a dealer but my friend is that is including tax too! one of my fleet guys picked one up yesterday, that is why I picked that example.

Wow, with TAX????
That's a terrific deal? Mind if I ask which dealership your friend is at?

I have never lease a car before, but I am thinking to lease a new DD and heard that insurance is higher on lease cars than purchase ones. Is that true?
no that is not true. If you finance a car, you need the same coverage either way. 100, 300

Awesome deal.

It really depends on one's need, as many have stated, the pros and cons. Key to lease, is to get a great deal, either from a dealer or manufacturer, plus negotiate the residual value.
