i totally understand how a shop doesnt always mean better work, BUT a shop means it has overhead, so its justifiable that their pricing is a little bit more to cover these overhead, wouldnt u be able to do a little better pricing supertech since u dont have overhead as i assume u work out of your garage?

not that shops are making a killing on $75 mod.....
There is a lot of unseen expences and overhead
How about liability insurance...
if something goes wrong on your are while driving down the road and the repair fails and you cause a accident
liability will be on the person who did faulty work....
this day and age if you charge money to so a service... you can be liabil and could get sued.....

Picturepro: Good point, very good point, but in the seven years I've been doing work on the side, I have not had a single incident.....knock on wood. It's the chance I have to take I guess.
It seems to me that a lot of people just like to lowball but we should keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

For some odd reason .... the delay thingy dont kik in as much no more .... once I pop the clutch, it grabs. The rear end even kicks out after dropping 2nd. What would be "my" benefit of removing this? I thought my clutch was sliding and weak at first up until I came onto this thread. Then again, I myt need to remove it once I go turbo? Opinions .... pls.
