all noodle soups are not the same!

ramen has nothing to do with pho in my opinion.

its like comparing paella to chinese fried rice, or peruvian fried rice.

all are different, equally or separately liked and craved for.

um, shinai is a bamboo stick.

ktown pho is garbage. i dont even think that should be considered pho. should just be noodle soup. but if you are in the san gabriel area GOLDEN DELI is my absolute favorite.

have you tried ramen at santouka, daikokuya, or shin sen gumi? I used to eat pho at least 2-3 times a week but ever since i started eating ramen, i rarely crave pho.
i tired shin sen gumi, and some other ramen.
I dont hate them.
but for pho, I get more meat, bigger bowl, and cheaper price.

I just don't like how ramen places only give you 2 pieces of pork for the regular bowl.

Greg, we're lucky to have some great pho places around here -- pho 999 is definitely my favorite...besides the water
