update: Ran into an officer who works the mall i work at and was nice enough to write off my tickets...

thank god, i could only imagine what they would have done if i drove into the station and they could hear me coming from blocks away.

 

I believe you still have to pay the $10 processing fee. correct me if Im wrong.

 

It's $25 now in most cities.
