Typical story dumb ass cop too stupid to think on his feet so he hides behind his badge and abuses his authority. Beat first, ask questions later.

 

He sure as hell better get fired. And if not I hope the victim bleeds him dry in the lawsuit.

 

Dunno. The cop clearly over reacted and responded inappropriately. The photog was a smart-as2 and behaved provocatively. "I don't live here", "I'm within my rights". While the photog was within his rights, he still behaved pretty supidly in my opinion. Teasing a doberman with a steak is not bright. I'd have a heard time depriving the cop of his job because of this one incident.

 

Yes, out of line; without question. Other cops have said that he acted improperly. This reminds me of that FL woman that got busted for filming on HER property.
