HolyCrap!

Yeah, glad everybody's OK. I've seen one of those
"car crosses 5 lanes in 1 second" things before--it's
pretty harrowing.

The pictures look like it was pretty bad up front. I
wonder how much crushing was absorbed there
vs how much the frame was bent. I am definitely
not the litigious type either, but the laws are just
too soft on people who drive drunk. It's like, "did
you just not know that alcohol makes you impaired?"
(Kinda like, "did you just not know that having sex
can produce babies?", but that's another story).
No-one is that stupid. If you are not willing to accept
the responsibility, you should not be allowed to drive.

Make the fargin bastages pay!

As a motorcycle rider, I'm accustomed to driving
very defensively, and in the little S, I tend to do
the same... Be safe!

Here are a few of the pictures:
Tell me that doesn't look like the front end of an NSX.

Okay, now that I said that. I'm glad you're okay. Get whatever you can out of this, That's just unacceptable. You know, I would actually have been somewhat lenient even if it was a DUI incident. But the fact that they tried to run made it ever worse than it already is. Sue the rich kids and get yours. Best of luck to you...keep your head up...2007 is around the corner, new year, fresh start.

DAMMMMMMMMMN Daniel I'm sooooo sorry for what happened to you man. I didn't see this thread til now. OMG.

For all of you who don't know him, I sold him the car, it was mine! :tear: He seems like a super nice guy and had this giant grin on his face the second he drove away with the car. I'm glad you are okay though.

Just wow. Be careful folks.

Thanks John. Yea it was pretty bad. I'm still in pain. I'm off to mammoth in the morning. Don't think I'll be able to board, but at least I will be able to get away from the city for a bit.
