OMFG ! ! !... I got a ticket about 2 days ago... I GOT ANOTHER ONE TODAY ! ! !... SH*T i CANNOT STAND THE CHP... Does ANYONE know a Attorney???????? I NEED ONE !... I was thinking about that pre-paid stuff... but not sure about the pricing and not too sure about how well it works.... OMG MY COURTDATES are Back to Back days.... Does ANYONE have ANY suggestions... other than me slowing down.... I had my cruise on @ 75 mph in a 65 mph.... He pulled the lights on me... Can ANYONE HELP!??!?!?! Holy shit man.. You're a magnet for cops.. Good luck with the attorney and court appearences. 4 points within this close of a time period is suspension of license isn't it?

 

Just a shot in the dark, check the ciolation the officer wrote down against the one in the CA Vehicle Code. If its the wrong number or wrong description then you could dispute it.

 

I can't have my license suspended.... I ONLY get pulled over.. when I'm near my house. or going to the store real quick for some ciggs

yes, but once you are convicted of having 4 points within 6 months, your license gets suspended for 6 months to a year. I think it's 6 points in 8 months and 8 points in year are qualifcations for license suspension but I'll put in my disclaimer and say I'm only sure of the 4point within 6 month = suspension.
