Yeah,
I got a no-front plate ticket parked at a metro-link station while at work.

Oh yeah, AND my car was COVERED with my car-cover.

Bastard lifted my cover, wrote me a ticket, placed it on my windshield, and re-covered my car.

BLAH!

My buddy got a no-plate ticket AND THE PLATE WAS ON HIS CAR.

It was in the right place and everything. It was a completely made-up ticket.

He had to pay $20 EVEN THOUGH HE DID NOTHING WRONG.

I heard (rumor) that if you cover your car, you have to expose the front plate or they will give you a no-plate ticket BECAUSE it's covered.

Just what I heard.
