Default Ok, I HAVE HAD IT!

After years of issues with Verizon's service, I've reached my breaking point. Not only am I not getting text messages in a timely manner, now (even with full bars) I can't make outgoing calls. The only complaint I hear from AT&T people is that they don't get reception in some places & their calls get dropped. However, the mere fact that they can MAKE a call means they're currently getting better service than I am.

So, does anyone have a recommendation on where I should go to switch providers. Should I just do online or is there some shop someone can recommend?

I switched from Verizon to Sprint. I haven't had any issues with Sprint yet, and their $99 plan is the best deal out there, as far as I can tell.
