the usa one is made by filtech, it's a good filter but the japanese one is made by hamp, which is a rebadge mugen filter as far as i know.
notice the S uses a special filter from the factory.
spt and bosch is made the same except the bypass valve is different, for 4 dollar spt is a bargain.
m1 is in the exact housing as bosch, except the element in m1 is coated for more filteration
i am running oem filter and spt
