I didn't know. Got a call from Ninja when they were about to leave the mall, and no update after. Suave' called, but he was just home. Smirf called and by that time you were all headed to Mac grill after I ate I just stayed home after the gym, watched TV and cooked my 4 meals and packed my 4 snacks for work today.

If you remeber the old routine you could stick to that. I'm starting a chest and bicep superset. Routine is completely different, and adds a leg day after each upper body, and there is an off day on Wednesday that i'll be doing yoga with cardio before or after. If you do the old routine this week, it'll be chest only today Flat bench, incline dumbells, decline bench. Cable flyes middle, low to high, high to low.
