i just eat 2 maybe 3 big meals a day

anything else that i can take beside food?? i dont have time to eat every 2-3 hours or i might forget.

Take your protien powder the times you can't eat. You for sure need that many meals a day and each time, you'll need two scoops of protien.

Definitely speeds up metabolism. I did a crash diet last time and lost 70lbs, but half that was muscle cause I did that in 3-4 months. Not healthy at all, but this time I'm more serious about doing it the right way. Congrats on the weight loss, it's tough

By eating that way, your body stores food because it thinks that you're in a crisis. It stores away as fat and you're not active enough to burn up the fuel. You're doing a lot better, and if your eating was good, you'd be able to have a lot of potential.

BTW, anyone have a costco card? I need to get jugs of egg white and check out the huge tub of protien there. I can't eat all this solid food all day, it gets kinda gross.

I also need to stop eating "cat food". My body is starting to reject it, and I'm bloating.

It's worse. You need different protien sources. A mixture of fish, chicken, egg, beef, etc. To eat 1 source like I have works for a while and then you just get bloated and look fat. I need to eat more veggies for fiber too. I thought I was getting enough, but I'm not. Going on a stricter diet, and a different routine next week. It's time to get cut this month
