all i ate yesterday was rice and chicken, when i got home from work.. soo sooo hungry

Gotta be having something every two hours:

Breakfast

Snack

Lunch

Snack

Pre-workout one hour before
Protien right after
half an hour to 1 hour later, a meal

Snack 1-2 hours before you sleep
