I am almost lean with no cardio and I still have 11 days till my routine is done. You're gonna get as much results as the work and sacrifices you put in. You'll need to be doing cardio and weights and eating right if you want it. That's if you want muscle, otherwise it's cardio and eating right. Eating is the MAIN thing, then it's either cardio, lifting, or a combo depending what you want.
