I did let myself go brotha. It wasn't good, but I'm on track. I'm hoping that my 1 month training results will let me know how on track I am with my training routine I set up. If all is good, Summer will be a whole lot better 
That's awesome, aside from the cardio part you did. I am starting with abs, and then moving to chest

the actual is 1 street west of azusa named rimsdale
