I got it home. I turned the heater on for a lil while on the way home, after that the temp stablized.

So far what I know are:
- there is no coolant leaks, all the hoses are fine.
- I believe the head gasket is fine, since the it didn't seem that it lost any power.
- The radiator had enough coolant in it, it wasn't full but I did have to add about 1/4 of a gallon of coolant.
- the rad cap looked fine to me.
- it never actually over heated, but the temp did raised about normal op temp.

Connie is taking it to my friend at R & D factory, he's going to look at it. He said it could be just air in the cooling system.
Maybe the fan isn't working. Could be air in the line also. :shurg:

hmmm....I didn't recall hearing the fan turn on the whole time I was driving it so that could possibly be it. When I was driving in traffic the temp raised, then thats the time I turned on the heater on the full blast. When the traffic was free flowing, then the temp was fine.
