Workout was good. Jet and lil Dee did real good. I didn't hit the 100lbs on incline dumbells. Only 95, but i'll try next week or in 2 weeks. Jet lifted 70's and lil Dee was hangin' with a lot of our workout weights. He's only between 110-115 himself too

wow that's good , imma gonna start lifting hard next week , because my friend is studying for his finals this week, so hopefully i can get back up there

Good to start flat, then incline and finish with decline
Just work up ten pounds every 2 weeks and that should be sufficient to move up in weight.

TOPDOWN Family and friends 
Wednesday is Norm Reeves end of the year meet. If you want, and can make it, it'd be cool to rep for the dealership that takes care of us. If you go and can donate a toy (nothing big for this, just simple from wherever) then awesome
If we go, let's try to go a bit earlier to secure spots for those who do represent there

Do it, just go and get your mind off stuff. Could be fun, and who knows who you'll meet. For me, it's usually the things I don't want to attend, where I have more fun and meet cool people. There's less expectations in your mind, and more openess to ANYTHING that seems good
