but I was 13 years old last time I ever hit that time.

my fastest was 7:40 and that was freshmen year of high school , sophomore year came around i ran a 8 something , junior year ... 10 something , then for some odd reason i had to take P.E. again senior year and the fastest i ran was a 12:35 i think .. something like that

haha, I ran 6 minute miles in high school... it wasn't til college that I knocked that down further and further... Michigan was when I was at the gym daily and running daily, it was nice.
And on a track keeping a pace was no problem at all...
