NO! Never run before you lift. The only time to EVER drink gatorade or vitamin water is right after lifting, before cardio, or after the whole session while you have your protien. Lift first, cardio secon. Even then, you should be doing interval, or walking at 3-4.5MPH on a slightly steep incline. If you have enough protien, carbs, and sugar in your body before working out, it will burn that off and then fat. The body always watch's out for you, so if you're not eating regularly, but working out or working out more, it's goes into survival mode, and will burn muscle because it's a much more powerful source of fuel. All meals should count through the day. Protien at least 20g every 3 hours, from anything like a shake, all the way to eggs or meat.
and i smoke a few cigs before and after work out
oh and i get bored of walking so i run and keep a heart rate of about 170

Yes... Only Jet has been able to show the benefits of working out on -sh0ws- program, as well as things NOT to do, all on one body
