You're a decently built guy, so there's good genetics, plus the fact that you've lifted before. That will trigger muscle memory if you go consistent for a week or two. You shouldn't run till after your lifting sessions, because you glycogen stores will be burned up on cardio, and the lifting will cause a meltdown of muscle. That will cause you to not lose weight as fast because your body needs protien and muscle to burn fat. What will happen is you'll lose body weight, and will look skinny fat. This is where you don't have a belly or man bewbs, but the skinny looking frame will be holding fat and not muscle.
So, should I run before I lift?

NO! Never run before you lift. The only time to EVER drink gatorade or vitamin water is right after lifting, before cardio, or after the whole session while you have your protien. Lift first, cardio secon. Even then, you should be doing interval, or walking at 3-4.5MPH on a slightly steep incline. If you have enough protien, carbs, and sugar in your body before working out, it will burn that off and then fat. The body always watch's out for you, so if you're not eating regularly, but working out or working out more, it's goes into survival mode, and will burn muscle because it's a much more powerful source of fuel. All meals should count through the day. Protien at least 20g every 3 hours, from anything like a shake, all the way to eggs or meat.
