Everything I pass on, is what works on me and others. The programs I use are generally for everyone, since there are different people who work out with me. If I could stand the schooling, I would like to be a training/nutritionist.

not really. paulo wants to get yogurt.. i would like to try to go to wally world and check out camp gear. and then late night gym.
other than that... nothing. im trying to save the going out for the weekends.. during the week, its if something comes up.
