Thats' the thing. I really don't contemplate about the caloric intake, transfats, etc... on what I eat. If it's good, i'll eat it. And i'm not really knowledgeable regarding what foods to eat as far as protein, fats, sugar, etc....

You can jump in anytime, but it has to be regular. I have Wed, Fri, and Sat as off days Proof is Jet I already had muscle memory, but he was just starting. Now he has muscles he didn't even have before, and I'm still surprised that he can do it without a diet, or even the adequate amount of protien in his diet. Good results, but wasted potential. I still nickname him the Prodigy aka Baby -sh0w-
